Abstract

Celiac disease and irritable bowel syndrome result in dysbiosis. The syndrome of bacterial overgrowth of the small intestine. With this strange name is defined an important imbalance of the intestinal flora, which may be caused by various causes. The effect of certain medications, stress, as well as the excess of proteins and simple sugars in the diet, very frequent habits in the western population, may be some of the causative factors. The celiac disease, refers to the digestive tract disorder, immunological and hereditary disease, affects the whole organism, is a systemic disease, which suffer from the diversity of patients with different symptoms, has no classic symptoms. It is a disease that primarily affects the small intestine, destroying the mucosa and the absorption capacity, the relationship with the gluten that is the important molecule of cereals, rye wheat, barley and contaminated oats, destroy the mucosa of the small intestine that is the customs to enter the human body of nutrients. The treatment would be based on a gluten-free diet, the patient should be tested before starting the gluten-free diet otherwise all laboratories will be altered. Irritable bowel syndrome is a diffuse gastrointestinal disorder characterized mainly by motility disorders. The patient presents discomfort but not a definitive diagnosis. This functional disturbance of the digestive tract presents gastric distension, distension of the small intestine and belching. Both constitute to the dysbiosis, all secretion of the digestive tract generates the sobrecimiento.
