Abstract

The main objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the evaluation of the performance of teachers with the academic performance of students in the career of Business Administration of a private university in the department of Zacapa. Specifically, the variables of teacher performance and academic performance are analyzed, taking into account the evaluations made to teachers in the first cycle 2018 and the average performance results of students in the same cycle. Among the main conclusions is that there is a significant relationship in the technical level of the career of business administration; whose results tied in a 92.26% and of 93.07% in the degree.
